I've been here a couple of times over the past three years but the service has seriously gone downhill fast. Got ignored for almost an hour when I had an appointment for a set time, watching other people get pushed in and out while I'm just waiting. After finally getting attended they all brushed me off and treated me like I hadn't been getting ignored. Eddie just rushes you in and out of the chair like he doesn't care about certain clients. Both Eddie and Meyling provided exceptional service. Meyling took the time to attentively listen to our concerns and offered thoughtful, professional advice. She treated my daughter and me with genuine care and kindness, ensuring we felt comfortable and valued throughout our visit. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service and will definitely be returning in the future.
If you want personalized and competent service stay away from this place. At this salon you will be part of an assembly line. Eddie will not be your stylist even if you book with him. He will have his less experienced workers work on your hair so he can book several clients at once. The whole process feels rushed and impersonal. Had an appointment on a Sunday. The girl didn't come in but Eddie met me and my daughter on his day off, and performed magic on our hair. He took his time and asked questions to best help us decide what hairstyles would work best. Never did he act put out that he had to come into work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares deeply for his business. He was so much fun and had us cracking up the entire time. I know that me and my daughter will be coming to Eddie from now on!!
