pay back There service was good so good they even invited me and my girlfriend to there race shop. We became friends or so I thought. Found out couple days ago the owners son was " Hitting That" as he likes say to when I wasn't there and my girlfriend was. Just a year after he had a baby with his wife.
After my accident, I took my mustang to another body shop, one that was recommended by my insurance company as a "Blue Ribbon" facility appraiser. They were ok. They want to repair not replace my rear bumper. They also barely looked at the rear end, which was the basis for my wanting to have the work done in the first place. Anyway Eddie had my car appraised a second time, including replacing the rear end, the bumper. The new appraisal jumped up $1700.00. Not only did they do the work in a timely manner. Service I have a different opinion regarding Eddies paint and body shop in Monroe NC. I feel that the staff is less than helpful. My car is was there for over 1 month getting fixed, there pace is slow. I went to get some personal items out of my car and I was given an attitude and the cold shoulder. I would never recommend this body shop.
Absolutely Would Use This Company The last comment was posted in 2007 so please don't let that stop you from using this business. I've had several repairs done, due to a fender bump-up and a bad paint repair, from another shop. Eddie has personally taken care of processing my car. He did a few extra details and the cost was minimal. Great can-do attitude and service. I had a bumper repaired and painted and got my car back in a day. Very nice office person, too.
