AVOID – Nice on phone but was late to appointment. Said he needed to come back later with a part. We arranged to meet at a certain time later and he simply did not show up OR return any of my phone calls. Just blew the whole thing off with no communication - like an adolescent. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other professional, reliable grown-ups out there to give your money to. What a loser.
Horrible Service/2 NO SHOWS - DO NOT USE – I was referred to this service by my super. I made an original appointment last week and was told that someone would be at my place btw 8am and 2pm. I cleared my entire day to stay home and wait for service. Called once--at 1:45 and was told that they were running 20 minutes behind. Called 3 more times that day -- no one answered.
