I a haircut appointment with Jojo at 3:00PM on 6.4.26. Haircut ended at 3:54PM. Jojo himself is a talented stylist who has been working in the industry for 2 decades, however, there was a communication issue about what I wanted and he blamed me for his mistake. I added a note on my appointment that I was getting a perm next week, so I wanted to keep some length all around. I'm always so impressed with the haircut I get here. You can really tell that the hairstylists care about what they do. They have done a great job helping me style my medium length hair.
Got a bad perm three weeks ago that seriously damaged my hair, and I didn’t know what to do with it. I walked in and asked Erin on her opinion on how to fix it, and she really took her time carefully cutting and reshaping my hair. She’s incredibly meticulous, explains everything as she goes, and gives great advice on how to style it and what products to use.
