Boy, did I appreciate the advice provided me when I called for service to repair a drawer slide in the garbage pail drawer of my high-end custom kitchen cabinets. The owner asked me what I wanted done and then he politely told me that I should easily be able to do the job by myself and call him back if I had any questions.
