Discovering I had a a screw in my back tire at 7:15 am, which then resulted in the tire being basically flat , was a rough start to my morning. The folks at Eddie's really saved my butt and were able to patch up my tire at a extremely fair price and within a reasonable amount of time, especially for being a walk-in! Devon at the front desk was an absolute angel. Waited 2 weeks for them to do a water pump change when it was supposed to be a week and paid 2100 dollars for them to not have the cap for the reservoir when I got home. Spent all day fighting to get a cap and the service I paid for.
I’m not sure what happened? I brought my suburban in to have my tires looked at first thought it was a balancing issue. On a tire or rim issue. I knew it had something to do with the wheel. They test drove it and said it wasn’t a balancing issue. They think that it is the drive line! But the only way to know for sure is to run a diagnostic on it for 160.00 . So I agreed. Eddie’s Auto Service is fantastic!! From Devon in the front office, to Brandon, the Store Manager, and Scott, the mechanic. They are the nicest people and we are thankful we found them. They got us back on the road fast!! We were so blessed by them!
