I wish I had read the reviews first before waisting my money. I thought it would be a better wash for my car since it was hand wash, I thought they would be more attentive. I paid 55 dollars so it could also get waxed and have my carpets washed. They left streaks of wax on my car, they waxed over the dirty parts they didn't clean and the put the mats dripping in water back on my car after they dropped it on the ground and it got dirty all over again.
