Eddie came to my house on January 8th and did some work on my Fisher & Paykel clothes dryer, washer, and dish drawers (triple appliance troubles...no fun). I thought he did a great job at that time. He was informative, personable, and seemed very knowledgeable. Although my appliances were working at the end of his service visit, he thought a couple of replacement parts were still needed. It took a full day to get a return phone call, only to have to wait three more to be scheduled for a service call under warranty. The day of service, he called and said he was having truck problems. Eddie didn't call us to let us know the status of what to expect next, nor did he return our calls. He no showed. Since he had already disclosed he would be on vacation the following week and our calls weren't returned, we decided to use another vendor. Very poor customer service!

Called and arranged a time for them to come to my home to make some repairs. An hour window was provided. Eddie never showed up or called despite my having left them two messages.
