Great Prompt Service! Recommended! Prompt responses and on-time appointments. Technician Peter was very professional, friendly and kept the kitchen clean. He repaired the dishwasher promptly just as he initially diagnosed. The part took a few days wait, but it was due to holiday break. I will use Eddie’s service again when needed. Thank you.

I was happy with how quickly they responded—answering my call right away and sending a technician the same day for a flat $89 service fee (which could be applied toward repairs). The technician was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the problem. However, the quoted price of $289 for a regular drum belt repair felt too high, so I decided not to proceed beyond the initial assessment.
