My wife and I purchased blinds for our upstairs bedrooms and living and dining room from Eddie Z's. About a month after installation, we had an issue with the cord on one of our blinds. Eddie Z's solution was for us to either a). Take the blind down ourselves and bring it to the showroom or b). Pay one of their service peolle $100 to take the blind down and they will bring it to the showroom. From there it was going to take 3 weeks for repair. Service is horrible and quality is not good either. I got shades for 2 windows with Eddie Z`s house of blinds and had a terrible experience, I will never do any business with them again. They are not professional at all, don`t recommend anyone to spend money here.
Eddie Z's House of Blinds does great work. Full service and has two great guarantees you can count on. 1. Low price guarantee. They beat any price on similar products. The good news is they where the lowest. 2. They have a great love the look guarantee. I did not have to use but it did give me great peace of mind. Thank you Eddie Z's House of Blinds
