Terrible communication skills. Wasted 3 weeks of time to just have the contract expire. Presented asinine counter offers. If I was buying a house and he was my realtor, I'd be pissed and get out of that contract ASAP.
Eddie was professional and very helpful in the purchase of our dream property. It was our first time selling a home and it all went pretty smoothly.
