Everyone is so professional in that office from the receptionist to the Dr. Dr Shield and his nurse were so thorough in examining me. I was very impressed.
Dr. Shields and Nirse Kim were thorough, professional, and caring throughout my appointment. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I have no complaints at all.
Staff overall is kind. However, they will speak about you in a sarcastically rude manner when not in the room. I overheard them speaking about me because I did not take photos of the rash I developed on my face. (The nurse speaking to doctor explaining why I was there and stated “she did not take photos of the rash… yeah I know”.) Silly me didn’t think about doing that, and have a lot currently in my personal life. Was not pleased with the doctor at all.
