Not the best advice! I took my son in for allergy testing and found he was allergic to corn, peanuts, and several other things. Dr. Shields recommended I remove all of these ingredients from his diet and introduce one back in at a time to see if it triggered his asthma. I later found out that peanut could be a deadly allergy and I would have to be an idiot to introduce it back into his diet! I was shocked Dr. Shields did not tell me the possible severity of a peanut allergy.
