Food and service are excellent. Our server was a pure delight she made our stay so beautiful. For those of you who enjoy fine food wine and excellent service this is the place to go. From a very satisfied customer.

I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I had set up the bar for food and drinks. The bartender, Dan, was very nice—he greeted me, offered water, introduced himself, and pointed out the rest of the bar staff, saying to let him know if I needed anything. Then he disappeared. I tried three times to get the attention of the blonde bartender behind the bar—gesturing and attempting eye contact. This is another person typing on this phone. The son of this person. This place is smooth and the atmosphere is like no other. Really cool fancy restaurant with amazing calming music. Foods like the strip steak were exceptional including potato(baked) and asparagus. I even got free dessert and free bread and butter with my mother for first experience. Highly recommend this place to go for the first time!!! Everyone is nice and welcoming!!!
A relatively new addition to the Princeton food scene, Eddie V’s is a plush, yet cozy place to have some of the finer meals the city has to offer. We found the staff to be very attentive and super nice. The bar room is inviting with skilled musicians playing an eclectic array of Jazz and vocals. This is definitely a place to celebrate those special occasion with that special person. $$$
