Eddie V's has been my favorite restaurant since they opened in Troy. I visit here frequently. Unfortunately, last night I had my first bad experience with the manager Chris. Clearly there was a misunderstanding between Chris and my cousin as far as her reservation. However, Chris's tone was very condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. The experience is excellent dining at 👌🏿best!the service was A1 and steak and everything else is so delicious 😋!I recommend this place,especially on special occasions!
BEST SERVICE! Came in with 3 of my girlfriends for a birthday dinner. Our server was Jessie at the Troy location. August 7 8:30 pm reservation. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I’ve been in the service industry myself. And one of my top experiences so far. The rest of the staff was happy and wonderful as well. We were treated like princesses. Will for sure be back for more birthdays in the future and requesting Jessie every time!!! Great staff tonight. Thanks guys!!! Keeep it up.
