Oil change and tire rotation. Got me in on time and took less than an hour.
Jamie and the entire team at Eddie Tourelle’s Nissan dealership in Covington were outstanding! I came in for a routine oil and filter change and as soon as I pulled up to the service department I was greeted by multiple service writers. Jamie and the team communicated perfectly with me and delivered exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. LONG POST ALRET🚨 I usually don’t make posts like this, but at this point enough is enough. 🤷🏽♀️ Yesterday I went to Eddie Tourelle’s Nissan because my tire pressure light came on. They found a nail in my tire. I had to leave briefly for work, and one of the employees was incredibly kind—he even gave me his own PSI motor in case the tire pressure dropped before I came back.
