My adult niece had her tonsils removed. She was in excruciating pain, which is to be expected with this procedure, however, they tell you to call the office if it is too bad and there is bleeding and or breathing problems. We tried calling multiple times and the doctors office did not respond for three days. Again, they claimed he had a “family emergency” and was unavailable. Unavailable for the most part. Family member was in great pain. Could not make room to get them in. After waiting 2 months for an appt, he has left the area due family emergency. Don't even know if he is a good dr. I will never utilize his services.
Dr. Is very nice and answered all my questions but my wife has been trying to schedule for her tonsillectomy since her appointment in August. We have called several times and no one calls back even after leaving voicemail and them telling you only leave 1 msg and we will get back to you within 24hrs
On my first visit he did a physical on my hearing loss. I was told my R eardrum was bulging. He wanted labs & MRI.. My next appointment was first available, 6 months later. I got lab results & MRI in hand. The office sent 3 different messages to bring insurance card and picture I D. No mention about bringing the disk of my MRI. After waiting 6 months to do a procedure, my husband took off work, drove over an hour, waited about 35-40 mins in the waiting room. I gave him the report he ordered. He said did you bring the disk?
