After two other mobile repairmen failed to show, I called Monster Mobile. Ed called me back right away, came out, we got the parts and repair done that afternoon. He even got more customers while we waited to checkout at AutoZone. A great guy, a pleasure to work with. And I have a lot more auto work for him to do. Do yourself a favor. Save the hassle by calling Ed FIRST.
He's a good mechanic. First, let me say the pros: 1. he comes to your home to do the work 2. is professional 3. is prompt 4. provided receipts and an invoice after service 5. works quickly 6. had several options for payment 7. does good work to my knowledge so far Cons: 1. did not communicate his costs clearly and upfront 2. did not allow me to save money where I could 3. left me in financial confusion and stress, but I don't believe it was intentionally As you can see in the attached pics, I thought this job was a totally d... read more

This was the worse experience ever. He came out 3 days after our initial contact. That was bad enough. He put my vehicle on the machine and told me that it was a speed sensor. Then he told me that he could not find the part and that AutoZone didn't have it. I called AutoZone and they did have the part in stock. He then told me that it might NOT be the speed sensor and he didn't want to change the wrong part. At the end of the day, if he didn't want to fix my car he should have just said that. Would not recommend!!
The greatest Mechanic experience I've ever had. Mr. Ed came to me and took care my car fast and professionally. I highly recommend him to everyone who really need anything done with their vehicle.
