I've been using Eddie for years and he tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat, which I very much appreciate in today's climate of repair shops. He'll tell you what you need and won't upsell or over charge.
I unfortunately got no help. I brought my car here after my first accident, not knowing what to expect, and asked for an estimate. I left it overnight, but when I picked it up, I was only given a verbal estimate of $2,000–$3,000 with no written documentation or breakdown.
