Contacted this company and set up a handyman service for July 21st 2022 between 3 PM and 6 PM. A couple days later I was notified that the time would be changed to 9 AM - 12 PM. I did not have a choice in the matter. 9 AM arrived - no handyman. 10 AM arrived - no handyman arrived. 11 AM arrived and 12 PM arrived no Handyman and no courtesy call to let us know that he would be running late. Very responsive, on time and effective. Customer focused. I like that I didn’t need to schedule an appointment for an estimate - Eddie Construction and Handyman had me text a picture of what needed to be fixed, followed up immediately by phone on pricing and was able to make the repair on the same day. Very satisfied with the service.
They coaxed me into getting a plan that cost $140 saying it would give me 10% off all work. I just inherited this condo so I know it will need more work so I paid for the plan. We set a date and time for two projects. They were late and never called. I called in, and it took a while before someone called me back. I texted them pictures of the project like they asked.
