Eddie knows what he’s doing. After having to cancel a contract with an agent that wasn’t getting the job done, Eddie came in and sold my house within a few weeks. Great referral. True professional. Tells it how it is. No bs. That’s what you want when dealing with large deals.
Eddie and Tina are amazing! They helped us sell our Encino Park home, and they helped us get top dollar. They also helped us buy our new home. They guided us through the whole process with both homes and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have used Eddie & Tina for 20+ years now. It's funny, I can see how a few people might take Eddie the wrong way. Ahaha! He can be a little "no vaseline" with his honesty, but that's why I actually love him. Thank goodness for Eddie Bernard!! Eddie found me the perfect house. I was dreading having to move as I am a senior and did not want to relocate. He not only found me my house in a matter of days, he also fought for me for the right price. He went above and beyond what any realtor would normally do!
