We have been with State Farm (Eddie Bermea agent) for several years and had been satisfied with their service until several months ago. I have been trying to remove a car that I no longer have (I sold) and I continue to be charged for it. Each and every time I call to ask why it's still on my policy and I'm told "it's a process" to remove. I have been billed for a car I do not own and have been charged for it. It took a call to State Farm headquarters to FINALLY have this vehicle removed...pending proof.
