Employees are habitually rude at closing time. If you are still shopping at 6:59pm be prepared for ushering to the door. Doesn’t seem to matter if you have clothes you were going to purchase either. I understand closing time has a purpose, but abruptly saying the store is closed and pointing to the exit is a bit much.
I received the best, no really, the BEST customer service from Sabine. He asked all the right questions and got me squared away with my product that needed a quick repair so I wouldn't have to contact HQ. He was friendly, personable, and informative. I really can't say enough good things about this experience. Thanks for being great!
