I bought the radiator fleece sweater for my mother , within a week of purchase sweater all threads starting to sprout out . While purchasing they told they won’t take dirty sweater upon trying to return they won’t take a washed sweater. Please post return instructions in my big panel rather than writing in small place at a table.
This is maybe the nicest Eddie Bauer outlet I've been to aside from the one in Seattle.

I ordered a pair of Rainier Fleece Gloves from Eddie Bauer dated 03/25/2024, I was happy with the purchase and was very happy with store member who assisted me in the choosing right pair of gloves. I was on a trekking to the Himalayas' when I first used this and after the first couple of usages I noticed that the threads on the fleece had started to come out, mind you this was light usage on the first go.
