I've been loyal to the store for nearly 15 years as the number one place I shop for clothes. However, today I had a horrible customer experience when trying to return a defective shirt that I bought a few weeks ago. Upon washing the shirt, I discovered that the fabric was cut terribly crooked, which caused the shirt to twist so much that it was virtually unwearable for me.
