I just have to Shout out loud about how incredible Eddie Bauer stores are! I bought a long 650 down duffle coat a few years ago, this winter the waist cinch strap and coat hang strap broke. I just happened to mention it to the amazing girls working at the store and they explained that I could exchange my broken old coat for a new one at no cost!
