Eddie Bauer Outlet Store in Folsom Premium Outlets is going out of business now. Unfortunately, Folsom Premium Outlets will lose another outlet store! The Eddie Bauer Outlet Store still has lots of items, and they're selling them at additional discounted prices. The store is clean. But only one worker was in there when I was there. No greeting and no service available anymore!
While they chit chat away I stand at register with big purchase and when I ask the chit chatter if the register is open she tells me somebody else should help me. Awful CS.
Extremely disappointing experience here tonight. Went in Christmas shopping. Found a nice rain/ski jacket for wife. It has a clearance tag with a price of $46.20. It wouldn’t pull up in the system. The guy asked his “manager” for help. She said she couldn’t sell it for $46 because “she would be fired” and didn’t know who did this. She said she could sell it for $75. I asked to speak to a supervisor or get a contact number for corporate and was told “I’m in charge”. All I wanted was the marked price. I left without purchasing... read more
