Nicholas and Lisa were super helpful and personable, and handled a busy store by themselves, giving attention to all customers, and definitely made my visit exceptional! I'm a terrible shopper (too many choices!), and they listened to what features I was looking for in a coat, and helped narrow down the selection and remained attentive, checking in with me, and bringing me other potential coats to try on.
