On a Sunday we drove all the way 50 minutes before our flight back home to return something and they wouldn’t answer the phone or speak with the people standing lined up outside… they are taking inventory but were quite dismissive of everyone who came out of their way too return something. Won’t be coming to this location again. Hours should have been changed online

Their customer service line goes unanswered, and the initial email responses were perfunctory and official. They handle problems carelessly without actually resolving them.
