My wife hair is all messed up, burned ends and now it’s breaking off after seeing Lola. Would not recommend this salon. They are unprofessional and unethical
I had mixed experiences at Eddy Arthur. My first visit in February 2025 started off well — the stylist did an excellent job with my highlights. She gave me the cool, ashy blonde I requested, and I left really happy with the color. The haircut was with another stylist. I asked for bangs and layers, and after confirming the length, she cut my hair dramatically shorter and essentially undid all of the work the colorist had done on my long hair. I had an amazing experience getting my color with Eddie and haircut with Arthur done! The color came out vibrant, seamless, and exactly what I envisioned. My hair feels healthy & shiny. The service from the whole salon was top tier and truly exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to be back!!!
If you need a blow dry- cancel your Drybar reservation and come to see Johnathan at Eddie Arthur Salon!! I was so thankful to snag a last minute appointment here because my hair was no match for the humidity in NYC and it looked awful. Johnathan gave me the best blow out of my life! It looked incredible AND it wasn't affected by the humidity or some rain we had later in the day. If I still lived in NYC I would have a standing appointment every week with Johnathan.
