This dealer deserves a one star rating or less for all the customers they screwed when we bought a new vehicle with good faith and promised tires for life. After spending thousands of dollars at this dealer for cars and service I was told they no longer honor their writen promise of tires for life. I have not been back and will tell everyone not to every buy from this dealer.
My mom went to dealer to get her car repaired. I did not have time to repair it for her because I am a over the road truck driver. I know the cluster that controls the dash gauges was bad and it needed a tune up, I sent her to Edd Kirby chevy in dalton because the chevy dealer in our home town shut down. Mom went to Edd Kirby to get repairs made... They told her the engine was bad and she needed a new engine.
