Unfortunate experience with Brian from Edco Supply. We provided detailed specs + photos of bags we needed. Fielded multiple calls to ensure he understood exactly what we are looking for. And when the products arrived they were wrong. The kicker is the way he managed our interaction. Instead of working through a resolution, he literally brushed this off like it's our problem. (what a joke) There are far more qualified companies if you're looking for specialized materials. As Brian put it, please move on!
