This is the second time my trash of some kind was not picked up. Yesterday is our pick up day for all the trash which is Wednesday. Our recycled trash was not picked up. Today is Thursday I left my can out there hopefully they will come. I did leave a message yesterday it was after hours because I was still waiting for them to come. I put my recycled out today. I'm a 66 year old and the cans get heavy to put it out 2 days in a roll.

Lily was very rude , had no patience and shouldn’t be working in customer service.
Trash was not picked up, told it would be by 6pm on Thursday then Friday and nothing! Very poor customer service!
They have the WORST customer service! I called in to setup service 2/21/25. I was cutoff after waiting on hold 25 minutes. I called back,waited 17 minutes on hold then I hung up. I called back 3rd time and punched in my phone number for a return call. They did call me and I was FINALLY able to set up service. EDCO hire more customer service people. It should NOT take 2 hours to set up new service!
