They haven't been picking up my trash like they supposed to even though the cans are out there on time every week. I been calling them every week for them to come back and take care of it. Today I called back because they didn't pick up my recycle again and the lady I spoke to was very rude and hang up the phone on me. EDCO you guys need to hire better people to represent your company and do their job correctly. Im paying for a service its not done for free..
I appreciate your trash truck taking out my fiber optic internet line and not even having the courtesy to leave a note. When your truck pulls up in front of my apartment, lifts the boom, and the security camera and ATT notify me of a downed internet, it’s pretty easy to put two and two together…I’m sure Steve South would love to hear about it!
I am extremely disappointed with EDCO’s trash service and customer service. I moved out of my home and put the property on the market, yet canceling service has been unnecessarily difficult. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, no one answers the phone or provides assistance. A basic request like canceling service after moving should be simple and straightforward, but EDCO has made the process frustrating and time-consuming.
