Trash was not picked up, told it would be by 6pm on Thursday then Friday and nothing! Very poor customer service!
They have the WORST customer service! I called in to setup service 2/21/25. I was cutoff after waiting on hold 25 minutes. I called back,waited 17 minutes on hold then I hung up. I called back 3rd time and punched in my phone number for a return call. They did call me and I was FINALLY able to set up service. EDCO hire more customer service people. It should NOT take 2 hours to set up new service!
This driver is always leaving the garbage area door open,, please respect our property. Do your job properly. Be safe
I'm bother by how the guys that pick up trash at 690Beardsley st San Diego, because they leave trash in the storm drain after picking up the dumpster and dumping them
