I am extremely disappointed with EDCO’s trash service and customer service. I moved out of my home and put the property on the market, yet canceling service has been unnecessarily difficult. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, no one answers the phone or provides assistance. For the 3rd week in a row our recycling bin was not picked up. Last time my husband called and they picked it up the day he called. And again this week. They said they would send someone to pick it up today and all I saw on my camera was an edco truck speeding down the street and coming back up about 3 mins later, didn’t pick up a damn thing. Why pay for these services if they don’t do their job. Disappointment. I’d give them ZERO STARS!

I called Edco because my big blue recycling bin disappeared one day and a tiny joke-sized bin that I could not even fit a day’s worth of crap was left in its place. I had thought that EDCO switched it. When I called customer service, they said no, they did not switch my cans, and they would simply drop off a new can next week. The customer care representative was friendly and helpful. I don’t know why people give them such a low rating on here. I am very happy with my service today, and for EDCO in general. Thank you!
