Very sad to watch a company treat their employees like they're nothing. People who gave 10 to 30 years there thrown away like garbage. Employees that worked through the pandemic to make sure the company stayed great. New management calling all their employees degenerates and low lifes. Terminating people out of spite, with talks of cleaning house. Edco Tool and Die was a real family shop. Exco Engineering is not. May management realize they're the problem, and the employees stand up.
Been a great place to work.great money good people.always busy looking forward to the future.Been there 27 years 10 more til retirement.we just spent millions on new machines.and all new jib cranes.
High-tech facility with excellent personnel.
