We were forced to rent a dumpster from Edco by the City of Lakewood for our roofing contract. Edco would not provide status on delivery saying "they deliver all day between 8AM-6PM" . Rediculous service for trying to get work done. Customer service is inconsistent in policy as well.

What terrific customer service. We ordered two 3 yard dumpsters to be delivered on the driveway. Lisa Duran was such a wonderful professional person who was not only efficient in every aspect but kind and pleasant. The value and service requested was a perfect fit for our need, and I highly recommend EDCO for such services. Today I called and spoke to Carmela who was also stellar in her customer service approach to my request for pickup of the bins which are now full. A great company and amazing service.

Just the worst experience renting a 3 yard dumpster from this company. They first deliver it on the wrong day, then the day they are supposed to deliver the dumpster, they don’t show up.

Well it monday it like and it close i call and that lady that the phone was very rud well back my point ur schedule say it open well im ur recycle place open so i come only to find out it close so i call thay said transportation is open to whom ever may it concerns in ur schedule u guys should specific that the recycling stations it close so the people of this country could know what open and close one time i came on a Friday and it was close like one hour or like a half an hour early.
