Kos went above and beyond. He helped us remove a load bearing wall and replace with a steel beam at our new apartment in Randwick. Kos has great communication and genuinely cares about his work, his quality and his client. He's a wonderful builder and I couldn't recommend him more!
Kossay has been amazing. He was patient and very helpful in providing information in order to get the works approved by my strata. He was then able to reschedule around my delayed schedule and then once works started he kept me informed and up to date every step along the way. He was professional and really good at communicating with me through out the job. I highly recommend Kossay and would definitely get him to do future works again for me.
