We purchased our home from EDC Homes three years ago and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Communication was consistently slow, with long lead times for responses to questions or concerns. Additionally, we found multiple issues with the craftsmanship that did not meet our expectations for a newly built home. Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable recommending this builder to others.
I had a very very disappointing experience purchasing a home from EDC Homes. Throughout the process, communication was consistently lacking, which made the entire experience more stressful than it should have been. After moving in, I also noticed several issues with craftsmanship that did not meet my expectations, especially given the price point. While others may have had different experiences, I personally would not choose to work with this builder again.
