I am surprised this builder has not been jailed or his license taken away to be perfectly honest. As I drive through my community, that has only been a community technically three years, and I look around at the detach balconies… Yes, balconies, that we are being told the builder is only repairing his own home, and everybody else has to go through their warranty company, that should tell you everything you need to know. Bad communication. Low quality products and bad workmanship. Do NOT buy a home from them, the warranty is a facade.
