Ed is the man! He is currently working on getting the pool back to blue after it sat neglected for a few months with algae growth, leaves, pine straw, bugs, etc. He came right out and is very knowledgeable and willing to teach basic pool maintenance to help him keep everything looking good. I echo what others have said about his friendliness and attention to detail. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and doesn't overcharge. If you need service give him a call. Will post pics of the before and after soon.
Ed has come out twice since we bought house end of June. First for the Alabove ground pool for setting up after it was covered by previous owner, and teach us how to care. Then recently found leak in liner and he assisted issue, helped us purchase replacement liner, came out with pump to drain pool to our french drain, then next day he and 2 others removed old liner, repaired rust areas on frame and attached new liner and started filling pool for us. He is very friendly, explains things clearly, econimical

He was professional, reliable, and took the time to patiently walk me through how to operate and maintain our pool system. His customer service and dedication are unmatched. Highly recommend!
Quick response to my message. Ed was very personable and professional. Didn’t mind me asking questions while he was working and he made sure I was pleased before he left. I definitely recommend.
Left a review for the cleaning and still did a good job! Now left with multiply holes in liner. Less than 48 hours after water filling up the level was below the skimmer, here we are 2-3 weeks later still have problems with leaking. We have patched multiply areas, called Ed he came we were at work told our teenager to make sure we patched it good. $500 for cleaning and we are probably going to have to get a new liner not good!
