I’ve been bringing my car here for over a few years now, and the service is consistently 5-star. Whether it’s a routine car service or a more complex diagnostic, they handle it with precision. They are transparent about costs upfront, so there are never any 'surprise' charges when I pick up the key. Got a service, air filter, drive shaft, and two tyres replaced at a very affordable price. Booking was quick and easy, and everything was done within the same day. Edan was very friendly and kept me informed, clearly explaining the costs and work before proceeding.
In 2023, I was heavily over charged for a service and “replacement”of parts that allegedly needed replacing, just for the car to break down shortly afterwards interstate. After thousands of dollars down the drain trying to diagnose the issue, ended up selling it to a former mechanic who later told me the parts that were supposedly “replaced” by Edan Motors either weren’t replaced or were replaced with old parts. Avoid these fraudsters.
Friendly and professional service. Excellent communication and reasonable pricing. They assisted me the very same day. Would definitely come back.
