BEWARE! The Medford OR location is selling nail products with methalacrylic acid (illegal since 1996). It took over 30 minutes of me repeatedly saying its not legal and causes lung swelling and anaphylactic shock just to be able to exchange for a nail product of equal value.
The older woman with short hair who now works there is awful. The lady should not be working there with a attitude problem and far from customer service. The lady almost sent me away because she could not find me in the system and I suggested calling corporate for help and the lady was extremely rude. The lady did something wrong on her end was able to find me. I know being new is stressful, but when you are rude because you messed up is something else.
