They got car in when their bldg was full and worked on it around holiday and got it done in a week. They had issues with the business phone and gave me personal cell phone number.
I was so completely Happy with the service I received that this is now the only body shop I recommend, Period. The people treated me with respect, the work was completed a full day earlier then expected, and was done so well the car looks better than it did before it was hit. The professionalism I saw here was beyond reproach. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any auto body shop I have ever used.
Had a set of Harley tins fixed up and painted. Work came out great. Ed sat down and went over what colors would go with what. Would recommend to everyone.
Horrible service, given a quote that my car would be ready in a week, it wasn't finished by that time frame, tried multiple times to call and when I spoke to him he was clearly in a bar, said he was waiting on parts but didn't feel necessary to contact me about it. Spoke to woman in the shop and she was incredibly rude telling me I can take my car elsewhere, don't worry next time I will. Took over 2 weeks to get it done and it wasn't even a good job.
Took two weeks longer than quoted, with no reasonable excuse. Was given back unfinished.
