Update - I received payment and the manager shared he was been going through some unrelated family matters that have been tough . They are ignoring my emails and texts. I have called and asked when I am going to receive the money and am yet to receive it, weeks after they sold it . This has taken way more of my time and energy than worth.
If I could give Zero stars I would. My husband and I went to the boat show on the last day, not really looking to buy a new boat, but wanted to see what kind of deals they had going. Keith throw great numbers at us and sold us on a particular boat. We went through our credit union and after they came back with a monthly payment 3x what Keith said it would be we started questioning it. I signed a consigner agreement to sell my boat through them . I had been working with someone who has since left the company . I have emailed multiple times to the sales and info email address and called yesterday and spoke with someone who said that their sales team would call or email me back . I have not heard anything from them in weeks (no communication since prior employee left ) on updates of repairs or sale . Sent multiple messages,left phone message and text with no response..Thought a vet would treated better. Seems to be a pattern with business now. Will move on to another dealership.
