This place continues to waste my time. Never going back. I originally only had great things to say but there has been multiple events that have lead me to give a one star rating. A word of advice, learn how to communicate better with your patients. Be clear about which location one is speaking too. I was waiting 30 minutes in my car at the Freeport location for my Booster shot as I was in contact with them…just find out I was speaking to the receptionist from the Brentwood location LOL. Quick, polite and professional place for a Covid test.(civil servant friendly establishment). Wendy is awesome and helps ease you through the process. I’ll be going here for all my Covid tests from now on. Highly recommended
I took a 2 day test for COVID and it has been a week and I haven’t gotten my results yet, I also call and no one answers even tho it says it’s open
The staff here are amazing, super helpful and accommodating!
