Was sold a Certified Pre Owned vehicle that ended up having warped brake rotors. After much hassle, they fixed for free but my car was kept for a full week. I had to follow up 5-7 times to understand when the service would be complete. They re-lettered my Telluride logo on the hood which led to additional scratch damage. Now Iām having to follow up again to get that repaired which will be another trip to the dealership.Ā
They had my vehicle for 4 full days and solved only one problem on my list of many. When pressed for more info, they gave me a list of things to do, but no prices or time lines with it. Just expecting blind faith. Of which I have zero at this point. Just asked for my car back and decided to go elsewhere to find solutions. A near total waste of my time.Ā
