My experience at the Ed Voyles Collision Center in Chamblee was not great. During the repair process, my service technician changed more than once, which made communication difficult at times. I also had to bring my car back multiple times because some repairs were not done correctly the first time. I worked with the manager, AJ, to address these issues. Not usually one to leave bad review but wow, if I could leave 0 stars I would!! The only saving grace for this dealership was Jeremiah in services. I brought my car in for recalls to be done on the vehicle on September 5th and once completed on the 6th a code popped in that had my engine fried. When I brought it back to the dealership, that same day mind you within an hour, they were telling me to drop off my key in the drop box because they were closing in 20 minutes. 2022 EX Telluride. Had a minor collision with a lightpole base in a parking lot. At first, thought damage was cosmetic to then discover that an error kept hitting the dashboard - radar blocked. This disabled the FCA and adaptive cruise control. So i brought the vehicle in for a service mechanic to inspect the forward radar located behind the lower front bumper.
