I continue to be impressed by the service I receive whenever I bring my car in for maintenance. I am especially thankful for Doreen English as she is the consummate service professional and makes my experience top notch!!
Let’s just say this is by FAR the worst Kia DS I have ever delt with. I have not had 1 or two bad encounters but SEVERAL. From having workers do things to my car and as the consumer being told there is nothing that they can do to fix it, to being talked to nasty by a so called manager. You call a business to get a job done that they want you to pay top dollars for, but get half ass or piss poor customer service.
Consistently top-notch service! We will be back!
