Not usually one to leave bad review but wow, if I could leave 0 stars I would!! The only saving grace for this dealership was Jeremiah in services. I brought my car in for recalls to be done on the vehicle on September 5th and once completed on the 6th a code popped in that had my engine fried. When I brought it back to the dealership, that same day mind you within an hour, they were telling me to drop off my key in the drop box because they were closing in 20 minutes. 2022 EX Telluride. Had a minor collision with a lightpole base in a parking lot. At first, thought damage was cosmetic to then discover that an error kept hitting the dashboard - radar blocked. This disabled the FCA and adaptive cruise control. So i brought the vehicle in for a service mechanic to inspect the forward radar located behind the lower front bumper. I went in for a simple oil change, and instead of quick, honest service, I was met with constant upcharges and pressure to approve unnecessary add-ons. Every time I come here, they try to convince me l need services I didn't ask for or don't even need. It feels like they care more about padding the bill than actually helping customers. This kind of shady upselling is exactly why people stop trusting dealerships. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The service on my car was cool and expensive. While waiting on my car to be serviced, a sales guy was very persistent and aggressive didn't care to listen at all. Treated me and my daughter like we was idiots. No respect, very thirsty for a sale!
sold me a 2017,Santa Fe on March 27th went to the repair shop, they claimed it wasnt serviced before I recieved it. Stayed in the repair shop with them over 3 months. Got the car back and 3 days later the same issues and it wont start.
