I took my telluride in for an oil change and a software update recall. They told me I had a bad battery (0% state of health is what they said) and quoted me $395 for a replacement. I pushed back and told them I’ve had zero issues that would indicate a bad battery and that my battery was just 3 months old from Costco. I asked if it could be something else and they said no. They brushed me off and said their test results don’t lie and that Kia vehicles just don’t like 3rd party batteries (which is a straight up lie). I decline... read more
My car had a flat tire and my vehicle was sent to the Chamblee Kia location. Doreen provided great service. She communicated with me every step of the way. I’m grateful for her help. As I had my car towed, I wish this location offered rides to and from the service centre.
I keep my car running good
I love this place, for several reasons: I) they give you an appointment on line, easy; II) they are super nice; III) they fixed the car fast and texting me with all updates. Super recommended if you have a Kia in the Atlanta area. Forget about others.
