Service took 2.5 hrs when i was told would be less than an hour. Was told "just because" and only after I went in and inquired. Not the best 1st time Service experience for a new owner.
Got my Hyundai sonata serviced twice by Paul. Hands down the best car service professional I’ve ever worked with - he goes the extra mile to take care of his customers and is someone very reliable. Highly recommend using this service center because of his leadership!
The service is terrible and there is no interest in helping me solve a problem. I've been without a car for a week, and they don't even give me a car to get around. I remember when I went to buy a car, everyone was so friendly! I'm disappointed.
As others have started the customer service here is horrible. Avoid. Went today since my AC stopped working for 2 days but then started working again so wanted them to figure out why. I had an appointment. She told me it would be a 2-3 day drop off to diagnose. I told her that's ridiculous and told her I'd take my business elsewhere. She copped an attitude and I told her this is why I was hesitant to buy a Hyundai again since the dealership service departments are consistently awful. She just scoffed and walked away.
