The service is terrible and there is no interest in helping me solve a problem. I've been without a car for a week, and they don't even give me a car to get around. I remember when I went to buy a car, everyone was so friendly! I'm disappointed.
As others have started the customer service here is horrible. Avoid. Went today since my AC stopped working for 2 days but then started working again so wanted them to figure out why. I had an appointment. She told me it would be a 2-3 day drop off to diagnose. I told her that's ridiculous and told her I'd take my business elsewhere. She copped an attitude and I told her this is why I was hesitant to buy a Hyundai again since the dealership service departments are consistently awful. She just scoffed and walked away. Great service
Terrible customer service
The absolute worst customer service. They completely ignored myself and another customer in the service department. Both of us are men of color, I asked for service manager to give me a call and still have not received it. Please visit potamkin Hyundai and ask for LC. A professional and have great customer skills.
