I had a wonderful experience in the service department. Sean Smith was knowledge and very friendly. I was able to get a recall taken care of at the same time as my regular maintenance. This was very convenient.
I'm happy to say Ed Voyles has continued to show great customer service.
Customer service was top notch! Mike and Sean were amazing! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I have had nothing but a great experience at this dealership. Weather buying or bringing my car in the be serviced customer service was on point. I will be back Mike and that’s a promise!
Scheduled an appointment for regular service and had a great experience. Easy check in, polite employees, quick service, and a quiet little spot to get some work done and enjoy an iced coffee. They told me the wait would be 1.5-2ish hours and I was out in an hour and 15 minutes. I bought my Hyundai at another dealership but this one is closer to home and will continue to use them for service.
I was so fortunate to have an amazing service specialist, John Bailey. He stayed in communication throughout the process and showed us he wanted to be sure that we were totally satisfied with our service. I couldn't have been more pleased.
