Recently experienced a major electrical failure on my nearly new IONIQ 5 (!). My service advisor, EJ, was highly empathetic and communicated frequently and comprehensively. She immediately arranged for a loaner and committed to a two week repair which was completed a week early. Although I was frustrated with the failure I had absolutely no issue with EJ and the service team at Ed Voyles. Repair was performed under warranty at no charge.

I think the management team has definitely listened to customers’ complaints in the past, I didn’t feel like they were treating their customers well. But the last few times, there were a lot of improvements. John Bailey and Sean Smith have definitely done amazing job to help me each time. When you are sincere, people can feel it.
A 60,000 mile servicing plus oil change was quoted to take 3-4 hours. 2 hours later I’m in my car. Exactly the cost quoted. Ijeomna kept me informed even when I walked to get coffee through texts and calls. Inspection team gave me a list of repairs necessary when I have time and funds. Top notch work!
Engine diagnosis and replacement was required. Ijeoma was great to work with through out the process which was very lengthy in determining root cause. Whenever she wasn't available the other service advisors stepped right in to assist. Highly recommend for accurate diagnosis and resolution.
