John Bailey’s help in service was very good.
Terrible customer service from Maria, I wanted to ask the mechanic a question and instead just letting me know she will ask she gives me an answer as if she is a mechanic and I proceeded to tell her how she does not make any sense and she had the nerve to ask me if I was a mechanic. I’m upset that she wasted my time arguing over the phone about what needed to be don’t and why it needed to be done that way, when she was not the one who looked at it. Best place ! High quality
Place just doesn’t care about customer service and experience. What is the point of scheduling a service appointment when they just take in everything that comes.. 3 rd time now for 2 1/2 hours wait for basic service..tried to talk to service manager but just gives the same old talk around. Time to spend money somewhere else.
