Made appoint 3 weeks ago for a 10am oil change. After waiting 75 minutes, I decided to ask for an update. I was then told that there were 1 or 2 cars in front of me and that it would probably take another hour or so. It was at that time I was also told that Ed Voyles was short staffed and that was the cause.
