Took my car in today at this location, must say wonderful service welcoming employees. I give a big shout out to my service advisor today Giovanni Madeo! Stellar customer service very helpful and kind today. Big thanks! To the manger you got a great team!
It was my first time at this Honda, and I had such a great experience that I’m writing this review from the parking lot. I worked with Todd as a service advisor. I wish he was a little more accessible, but he was a great advisor in terms of listening to my issues and advising on how to prioritize my services. Marvin and Stephan are both service managers. Their customer service is top tier! So glad to find a great service center.
I really don't like making negative reviews but this appears to be a pattern here. I made an appointment for 9:30am and dropped my car off. I worked and called around 3pm to see if it was ready and I was told they hadn't even looked at it. I'm still here waiting and it's around 4:30pm. This was for a tire, light and to make a key, nothing major. I'm not sure they even follow the appointments because this seems to happen every time. My vehicle was impacted by the fuel pump recall first announced back in February with details that the replacement part would be made available during the Fall. I then proceeded to get several letters in September that the part is ready and to schedule an appointment with my local Honda service center. I’ve attempted to get the fuel pump replaced twice at this location, and in both instances two months apart, I arrive to be informed that either the part is not ready or it’s not my vehicle’s turn. I purchased my 2020 Honda Civic from Ed Voyles and have always gotten in serviced here. Make an appointment with Katie Mair in the service department. Katie is helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and HONEST! She is sure to explain any vehicle needs. Wait times at a dealership may be longer than other shops, but you get what you pay for and your service will be well done. Thank you Katie M for your outstanding customer service.
