Left my Tucson for a first-time maintenance service. Picked it up later when it was complete but was forced to bring it back immediately bc of loud noise from the engine. They told me it will take 45 minutes to diagnose and resolve. From there I had to Uber to a doctor appointment. About five minutes into the Uber ride, they called and said that its fixed and that it was just due to a “loose cap.” No explanation of why it was loose.

Customers beware when you take your car for service to this Honda Service location. The employees and supervisors are less than professional. Took my car in to get an AC diagnostic. I opted not to do the work they suggested for the age of my car and the price they quoted. I prefer to use the $5,000 on another car than to pay $2,710 for a/c compressor and condenser / $699 for axle seal / $760 for valve cover gaskets / and $750 for front spool valve. For a 2008 Honda accord with over 200K milage it just did not worth it. The r... read more

Anyone that’s thinking of coming here please don’t. This place is a scam. First off, the people that do the diagnostic on the cars are no mechanics. They are techs with no real training on cars. They will guess what the problem is and then charge insane prices with the chance of it not being the problem forcing you to spend more money. I came in for my car to be inspected. I figured I had a leak. The person calls me and give me my estimate. It was $2400 to fix 5 “found” leaks. Then charged $3000 to fix brakes, along with som... read more

This place is a joke. I came in early in the morning to get the recall fixed on my Honda. I was one of the first people there, but somehow it still took them over 4.5 hours to finish. It really felt like they dragged the process out after I said no to their overpriced service package. Definitely won’t be coming back here moving forward.
