Please save your money and time from coming here , I made the mistake of thinking this would be quicker since Kia certified , however , my car spent 25 days in the shop, nothing was fixed , parts weren’t ordered , multiple false promises and delays, and now frustrated with poor customer care, I wanted to move to another shop - but to only get hit with 3000 bill due to their 75/day storage fee . I would avoid this place if possible. I initially had a good experience getting my car repaired here, but issues started shortly after. I’ve been going back and forth with the office for months now—constantly told ‘I’ll get an update and call you back,’ but the calls never come. When the replacement part does supposedly arrive, it’s always ‘the wrong part.’ It feels like they’re playing games to avoid fixing what they messed up in the first place. I can't say enough good things about the support and service I received from Mev at Ed Voyles Acura Collision Center. After a very inconsiderate driver hit my car in a parking lot and left without a note, I was left with the cost of repair of my vehicle. In speaking with Mev, he laid out my options which included a more expensive repair but thanks to his honesty and experience, he recommended an option to buff out some of the damage and use touch up paint to cover the deep scratches.
