Avoid this place at all costs. The front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. After my accident, I brought my car here, thinking it was a "USAA preferred" shop. I was told the repairs would take three weeks, but they finished in just one—yet I ended up paying for two extra weeks of a rental car due to their miscommunication. Run! The front office is the worst... very rude and unprofessional. I had my car repaired at this supposedly "USAA preferred" location after an accident. Despite being told it would take three weeks, the repairs only took one. Unfortunately, I incurred 2 weeks of rental expenses due to her miscommunication about how long it would take to complete repairs. If you dont know the answer, it's okay to say you dont know. Absolutely the worst experience! working with Louis was nothing short of unprofessional! He is so rude and NEVER called me with an update for my car you all had for 3 weeks! I finally pick up the car and my tire pressure light is on so I turned right around and took it back. He told me there was a nail in the tire and the nail wasn’t one of theirs. This is my second time coming to this collision center. The first time was great but this time was awful. I came here to get some bodywork done on my car . I was told my car would be ready within 4weeks but they called me the following week stating my car was ready sooner. Once I came to pick up my car, they did a half job. Didn’t even fix everything that was supposed to be fixed. I wasted my time and gas and no one showed sympathy at all.
