I was given a written estimate exceeding $3,000. The final bill was just over $1,000. If I had an honest estimate upfront I would not have involved the insurance. Be VERY aware that they charge you 3% if you pay for anything with your credit card but they do not tell you upfront. They even told me it was a new policy that came into effect after I dropped off my car. I had many updates from them and even phone calls, this was never mentioned. I took my car to Ed Voyles Collision Center today to fix the door handle on my car, which was pulled halfway off. I talked to Mev Coralic who was so nice and helpful. He got a service man to fix it right there on the spot. They were both very pleasant, and I appreciate their help very much! May our Heavenly Father bless them both as they blessed me.

Mev is the best he been there every step of the way his energy gave me hope this was my first time doing something like this great guy most people don’t care he is very honest and caring so much more I can say Thank you mev you are the best

Please save your money and time from coming here , I made the mistake of thinking this would be quicker since Kia certified , however , my car spent 25 days in the shop, nothing was fixed , parts weren’t ordered , multiple false promises and delays, and now frustrated with poor customer care, I wanted to move to another shop - but to only get hit with 3000 bill due to their 75/day storage fee .
