I called on Ed because we were pleased with the work he did in replacing a water heater a couple of years ago. Ed couldn’t keep the initial appointment because another job took longer than expected - so we rescheduled. He arrived within the window he asked for and spent about 40 minutes evaluating the work. He couldn’t give me an estimate then because he had to price some of the parts needed. His is assistant would personally deliver a written estimate within two days. (Ed doesn’t do e-mail or text.)
