Although I considered Juan a nice guy in the beginning, I found him unethical and unreasonable after the job. Short story. I asked him to paint my garage floor in December of 2025. I asked him if he guarantees the labor. He responded, "yes." He advised me to purchase the paint and materials from any authorized retailer and obtain the instructions. Juan was great! He was super responsive and was able to fit in the work I needed done promptly. I had an exterior door that needed to be replaced and as with old houses, whoever installed it did it with some weird quirks but Juan had no problem troubleshooting and getting the new door in - and it looks great! His prices are extremely fair and I’ll definitely be using him in the future!
I highly recommend this contractor! He completely transformed my bathroom — installing a new tub with shower walls, replacing the vanity, updating the plumbing, painting, installing new flooring, and handling the electrical work.
